Yeah, the apartment building was directly opposite the Woodward Skate Park, and the skate park was adjacent to a vacation resort that is rather neglected (as the bumper car picture proves) so I thought it was worth adding in the set. On a little side note, the Chinese tend to build this type of all-in-one hotel and resort but they often fail.
