| | | Posted by Peptic Ulcer I like to try and send PM's to noobies, especially after they get off on the wrong foot. You've gotten off on the wrong foot... I've instead decided to make this message public in case it actually makes sense to you and therefore give you a chance to respond publicly. There is a guy named Joseph Mendez A.K.A. Seph Lawless who used to be a member here. The guy is universally hated for a lot of reasons but mainly because of his self promotion. Calling your photos "rad" and "dope" etc. really doesn't do you any favors. It's not going to get you more views or likes. In fact just the opposite. If you read through other posts, nobody else posts like you do. There's a reason for this. There's a lot of experience in this forum with most if us having done this kind of stuff for decades. The "extreme" rooftopping is honestly a yawner and the majority of us look at photos of people hanging off the edges of buildings and think, "what a douchebag". This (as well as the Photoshop comment) is why you've caught so much shit. Rooftop photos are great. Putting yourself in every one makes you look like the kids that just want their 15 minutes of fame. Also it shows you're wreakless and nobody's going to want to explore with you. This brings us to the photoshop comment. Everyone here uses some type of post photo editing program. It's a necessity with digital photography. What we DONT do is modify the photos to completely change the shot. Cropping out location names, license plate numbers is fine but cutting/pasting ourselves into a shot so we look "super rad cool" is never done. My advice is a bit more humility and a lot less self promotion as well as some maturity. Edit: Oh, and calling an explorer (as well as a very well respected Full Member) who's been doing this since before you started jerking off a cunt isn't going to earn you any favors either.

Wait this isn't Instagram? This is what I've learned from you. Thanks for completing my originally. It seems as if half of everyone hates me and the other half don't (not to mention they're all full members). My justification is if you don't like something, what is the point in wasting your time with with it if you really don't have to? I called that a guy a cunt because he has posted on my content previously and he is always negative. I'm just a positive person. Not to mention labeling something as cool or dope is not self promotion. Ever since I started posting here I've had some pretty chill people contact me and welcome me, then I have "experienced" people who only tell me how to take my shots, what to take shots of, and how to talk on here. I get it man, we don't get along but you please calm down and learn to make some friends.
| Meh, I'm more a bastard... It's you that is stirring the kettle to the point of trolling in deed and even in the misuse of formatting in your above post. Funny because Peptic's quote is automatically grayed out as a quote when you hit reply, but you choose to cut/paste it instead so it looks like a mess. This site is easy as pie unless you choose to go full tard... as the ships sink into the sunset.
