Haven't explored at all lately, decided I finally needed to get out and go somewhere new. Left early at 9 a.m. with some friends to head out to the cottages before it's too late, was hoping to get some nice Spring pictures in the mountains. Once we picked up CubanLiberator from his college at 1.pm. From there we went onward to the destination but once we got close to the highway we found that the last hour stretch was closed due to weather so we had to detour all the way down through a 2 hour detour.

Came across this place on the way.

After flying around the curves on the mountains trying to get to our destination before the sun set we finally made it to the cottages at 7pm. Almost 12 hours after we left, we have no idea where all our time went. But at least we got our nice spring time pictures.

Those cabins look really cool! Was there anything inside or were they empty husks?
Also, I feel like I've seen that motel before. I think Dan Bell might've done a video there.

Great set enirus! That motel is priceless--it's a good thing you took that detour. Always love those old signs.
