This Hotel is a hard nut to crack. texano recently shared his pics with us and i was amazed. (His shots are way better) & I didn't know of too many people who had been here and was hoping to be the first to introduce it. Oh Well. Darn You texano!!! lol. I literally have been sitting on these pics for years because i just knew if i posted them, a fine, or something would follow since i was seen leaving by the security that is stationed there 24-7. Its not just security, but the entire police dept. You don't get in here unless you scale walls, find a hole in the barricade, have permission, or come in on the heels of the local news thats doing a story ...I followed closely behind you might say, Hopefully enough time has passed and everything is cool, and i really hope you enjoy my take on the place.

14 !! hello!!

Kabbalah is an undramatic tradition that requires great patience and stability. One of the reasons for this tempo is that everyone has to mature his potential gradually and thoroughly at his natural pace. In this way his life's work unfolds at the right moment in his own and the cosmos's time.

Really nice shots. There was a nice amount of decay in there at the time. The spray-painted room numbers are an interesting feature.

What is it with old hotels and cops in this state? Some of the most heavily patrolled areas i know of are former hotels. I mean, i guess you don't want them turning into the Homeless Hotels...but, still...

14 !! hello!!

Thats my favorite pic. Thank You for taking note of it. That bed is something else! Looks like the box-springs was made of horse hair and the whole thing is in some kind of alien transition along with the rug of worms on the floor. Euu!

I have no earthly idea WHY they are protecting this place. Other than what you mentioned... From vagrants, and for your own protection. This place is in REALLY sad shape! I've seen Old, but this place is ancient!

Talk about decay!! How long has this been abandoned for??

Often times the places that are toughest to get into are the most rewarding.

Great shots all around, but I like the last one the best myself. Then again I'm always a sucker for shots taken through broken windows.
