As a fellow Calgarian, I have been very intrigued by these so called "underground subway tunnels" apparently, in the late 1970s there was a plan to construct subway tunnels for the CTrain system. But, since they were already 22 million dollars over budget, all that was made was a vast empty underground tunnel, which still isn't in use to this day. I have heard rumours that there are ways to access these tunnels, which very detailed info is provided over here; http://www.barp.ca...gary/anderson.html
It seems like a very cool urban exploration trip, and one of mine, and friends' goals to explore a place like this.
I am fairly new to this site, but hoping to make friends on here and maybe even meet up in real life for things like this.
What do you guys think of this? Is there any calgarians still using this site?

Actually though, it says access is mainly through Ciy Hall Parkade. Soooo looks like one would be tripsing around the CCTV heavy city-run parkake under city hall to find a door that is likely padlocked...
