Cool pictures! It's interesting to see how much it's deteriorated since 2010, but yet it still looks solidly standing. Nobody's swimming in that pool anytime soon, though...

This is cool, it's interesting to see how much it's changed! Thanks for sharing!

Back then I tried to get in numerous times and couldn't find a way in. I eventually met the owner there one day, made friends with him, and explored it with permission, hence my original thread she references:
http://www.uer.ca/...urrpage=1&pp#post1

At the time, the owner told me that it would be re-opened within a month or two, which was perfectly plausible at the time when it was still good condition.

Sheesh, what happened to the pool? Someone went nuts with a bulldozer?

Thanks, Cryptomatic! Yeah, I couldn’t believe DJ Craig’s photos of the pool. Looking at it now, I can hardly imagine what it was like when it was in swimming condition.

Thanks for the comment! Wow, that’s great you got to explore it with permission. I’m always worried about approaching someone, but I know it might be in my best interest, depending on the situation. Back when you were there, I can see it being re-opened. Now, forget it. I can’t even imagine the capital it would take.

Also, I wanted to link to your original thread, but I wasn’t sure if I should since it was archived. Thanks for including that!

Cool comparison! It's pretty awesome that it was there for you to explore both times.

I really love the shots of the pool 😀

Nice, cool comparison. This place is cool. The first I went to explore there was a pretty big party going on where the pool was and the first couple of floors so I didnt actually get to explore until a bit later

Wish i would have gone through here sooner than 2016! Would've been cool to be able to see before they attempted renovation...again

I don't renember when I first went, (probably 2010) but on one memorable occasion the owner put up NO TRESPASSING signs while I was inside.

There used to be a closet full of glasses and a mini weight room full of offbrand Bowflex stuff.
