I just finished uploading the first batch of all my (non-sensitive) military history reference electronic documents to
my public area on Dropbox. Some are old installation layout maps less than 1MB, some are scans
of old publications like the USAAF Airfield Directory, some are modern historical reports up to a couple hundred MB.
My suggestion is that if you're interested in old US military sites & systems & have a broadband internet connection, you
just download ALL the files soon, then sort/save/delete them at your leisure. They're occupying all of my Dropbox 'cloud' space, so
I will probably delete them from my Dropbox account within a week or two, so I can then upload many more for you.
A few of these materials are hard copies that I've scanned, many are files that I've received from my many fellow military site 'archaeologist'
friends over the past 25 years. Some you can already find from various online sources, but many were scanned directly at
NARA & are otherwise hard to find, but all should be public domain.
