Hey,

I'm from central Massachusetts but my S.O. is from Western ma. We went for a cruise a little while back down the Mohawk trail (route 2). There was an old motel and restaurant in Drury Ma that we didn't have time to stop and look at as it was getting dark. I believe it is called Giovanni's Motel & Ristorante. Just wanted to know if anyone is from that area and can fill in details and pics. I apologize if anyone has already posted about it.

Normally overgrowth is a good indicator as well as peeling paint, visible bare wood, furniture/equipment out of place, broken stuff, and dirt/dust.

For the future though, in general it is frowned upon to post addresses or coordinates of locations. Usually if it is a location that is out in the open, a general picture and description is enough.

I apologize, thank you for letting me know for future reference. It has definitely been vacant for some time, there is much more overgrowth then Google Earth provides, and the roof on the motel is in disrepair. The restaurant has boarded up windows and I can't find anything online about it. I figured someone who is from that area may be able to give a general background on it. I may just drive back out there next weekend and check it out.
