I've heard this place is in pretty bad shape and gets a lot of attention from local police. Glad you could check it out without event. So is it literally being demolished right now or is it slated for the very near future?

Got voted in by the city and was approved. they recently took out the part of the building that was collapsed so it appears that they will be removing all of it in the near future. It was in very bad shape when I went but still a great adventure. Had the cops called at the previous location earlier in the day but was let off without anything. These upcoming months might be the last time for anyone to go through it!

Hopefully it's not too late by the time you decide too! The architecture of this building was gorgeous.

Man, so many memories at this place. It's almost where it all began. I decided to take a ride over there the other day just to see the shape it's in & it is still looming over the trees in solitude. Not sure when they're going to begin demolition but i'd love to get in there one more time just to walk around and take a few more photos.
