I drove by this a few weeks ago when I was heading to my friends place. Was going to stop and check it out when I was heading home but there were 2 cops sitting right by it! Next time

You should definitely check it out if you're ever near it again. It's a really interesting location. As I was on my way out, I did see a cop pull into the parking lot, so I had to hide for a while until he left. The Woodward Landscape Supply building right next to the water park has workers around it fairly often. They can't really see you in the water park unless you go into one of the higher areas (i.e the top of the water slide). I'm not sure if the workers saw me and alerted the police, or what. I'm just glad I didn't get caught.

Interesting little place - did you make it out to that multi-level, red-roofed building on the very far eastern edge of the property? Way back in the trees. It looks like it could be even more interesting, and seems totally secluded.

I did go into the woods on the eastern side, and I saw a small little wooden structure that had a multi-colored roof (red and green I think). I did see a path that led out further, and most likely led to the area that you are referring to, but I didn't following the path. Maybe I'll go back and take a look.
