We struck out of our primary target - again - and thus spent another very laid-back afternoon at this wreck of a porcelain factory.

This set kicks major ass and begs for more!

3. I love the symmetrical esthetic. Looks like some sort of creature.

4. The blue balls with the concrete - splendid!

6. I love the tasteful placement of the stamps.

7. Awesome

Awesome set - Great combination of documenting some of the architecture/artifacts mixed with the more abstract and artistic composition.

I don't think i can give a better comment than the first two, but i have to say that the first shot is all kinds of cool...it combines the lonely chair shot, the circular stairs, and the awesome old piping running from the equipment. 3 is pretty sweet too. What exactly were those balls used for?

#3 is quite nifty

I still honestly don't know. I haven't been able to find anything about it online, and I can only guess that they have some meshing to do with the process of grinding colored materials into dust to use as dyes to color the porcelain and enamel that were made here. Anyone out there have a better explanation for them?
