These are photographs I took from numerous locations over the past weekend. They are all from 2 or 3 states away from me. It was a fun time even if most of the locations we went to were Gross or completely ruined. Its a shame considering I took a similar trip about 10 years ago and the difference in vandalism is simply mind blowing. I must say that I was not all that pleased with the majority of the photos I took on this trip, but these are some of the ones that I liked.

Great set, that movie theater blew me away. Never would have expected what was inside after looking at the exterior. Did you make it over to the small former resort next door? Nothing too special but it had some interesting areas.

Just out of curiosity, was there still a tall pyramid of chairs in that ballroom?

Yup, we hit up all three of the places that were in a row within walking distance. Numbers 5 and 6 are from the resort there. I have a lot more photos from the trip, just need to get around to editing.

Yup! still on the left hand side if you are facing the stage.

Didn't even recognize it! My buddy Mookster got stuck in the floor there when we went. Right through a spot I was standing on just a few minutes before him. Haven't made any plans to go back.

And I'm glad to hear that about the pyramid. Only a matter of time before it comes down though.

Yup, we saw the hole on the third floor. Glad he didn't go thru to the next floor, always the possibility of that floor giving way as well. There was a really cool medical/first aid room on the second floor. I need to get to the photos I shot of that room.
Number 6 is in that room that someone drew a silly cat in and wrote on the door, something about a cat.

Nice shots!! I was down that way in 2014 & 2015. We missed a couple of the places you were. I'm still kicking myself for not going to investigate the drive in theater. We were at the resort next door. From the more recent shots I've seen it appears as though that place has gone rapidly downhill in the past year. It's a shame, when we were there the majority of the damage and decay was natural.

Looks like you guys had a succesful trip! I will make it a point to take a trip there again, as there is still stuff I haven't seen.
