Just checking in again . . . .

Haven't been on much lately but I've still been getting out from time to time. Spent the past three days going through the pics that were piling up on my computer from my last half dozen or so trips. Here's a few with a little reminder at the end that no matter how good you think you are, no matter how many times you scope something out, sometimes your ass just comes out that window at precisely the wrong time. That particular day I was just too dehydrated and tired to give a fuck and the place wasn't worth the c-note it cost me.

Hell yeah, you're back. Don't let that c-note discourage you, that's proof you ball harder than most on here. Hope you weren't caught at that first place though. I'm there enough to know it should be a walk in the park

That place was a walk in the park. Even after the security kid stopped us on the road they're doing all the construction on. Parked a little too close. Just parked a little farther away and walked down the river. It was the last place in that set that I got pinched. The friendly officers informed me that they have a camera up in a tree on the northeast corner of the property and had a picture of me going in at 5:30 am. Said they had been driving through every hour looking for me but I think that's all BS. I'm pretty good about looking around outside to see what's going on and I never saw a vehicle all day except the useless security clown. They had a picture of me so the camera part of the story is probably true. If you go there definitely go in the back way but it wasn't worth the trip in my book. The morgue was ok but too new for my liking.

At least it wasn't totally gutted and you did get keepers

Opps, at least the cops didn't sound to excited.
My bet is the security kid dimed you and the cops were covering for him or both that and a cam.
Generally there's more than one cam though. Smart cams networks are becoming cheaper and more used though. They can be hard to spot... they can give real time alerts/images and ignore animals even designated vehicles and people.

What they said about -one- cam may be a trick either none or many more...

One of my friends was recently arrested at number 12 as well. Same story, said they had a camera In the trees. Seems police In small towns have nothing else to do. The morgue is cool, but it looks as if the chemicals are all gone as well. Excellent set tho. Glad you kept your camera. I was arrested in taunton about 7 years ago and they took my dslr and a 10-20 lens as "evidence" for over 2 years. Returned after dismissal both broken and unusable.

I've donated many cameras to the police auction by bringing them into active facilities. Everyone knows you're losing that camera if you get caught but that was back in the days when my camera fit in my pocket and cost less than $100. I'd freak out if I donated this one....

I also have a friend who was arrested there, if it is where I think it is. She never even made it inside, she was OUTSIDE of one of the buildings when she got arrested. They don't fuck around :/ The court clerk mentioned the cameras there, so I think that's probably true.

This sounds a lot like a smart cam network. Cams can be up to 1000 yards away with the right lense.
They are always fixed position.
Avoid this site day or night if this is the case.

Smart cam networks are set up many times with cams that have overlapping views of coverage and some cover whole cities. They can track you throughout their network, in car and on foot. They are redundant, versatile and a real pain.

They laugh and ridiculed me 8 years ago when I warned peeps here about them.
Not so funny now... ay turbo?

The camera part is definitely true, I saw the picture it took of me. Regardless the place isn't really worth it. The five pretty colored devices I went there to see are apparently gone now anyhow. If someone told me that earlier I never would have made the trip. If anyone is interested I probably got 100 or so pictures that day. I was there most of the day and saw three of the four remaining buildings. Believe it or not, the tall relatively new looking building out back is an absolute wreck inside. Not sure why, it really didn't look that old but there wasn't a wall or ceiling left that wasn't just a pile of mush on the floor. Was a bitch to get into too. Had to pull some hardcore spiderman shit.

Yeah, the security there is a joke. I've made the mistake off parking on Portlandia near the construction too, so I just relocate myself and enter a different way. That's interesting with your capture, must have been a deer-cam that snapped you? Sucks. Don't know where/what location that is but I'll start being mindful of cameras in trees lol

That was an active cam or cams. Smart cams can generate high res stills...
