When you have a closer look at the history of this abandoned stamping plant you will see that there was always an up and down: Around one hundred years ago the first company was located here. But when it went bankrupt it was absorbed by the next company and once this one was bankrupt too, the next company took over the place and so on. At some time it became a large concern with 2400 employees. Because of its economic importance they even build a bomb shelter underneath the factory. Nevertheless, the long-standing history has ended nearly ten years ago. The company was relocated and empty factory halls are all what’s left... You know what’s happened next: Burglaries, fires, graffiti sprayers, urban explorers.

And of course we had to go down there and see the huge tunnel system underneath this abandoned stamping plant for ourselves. You know… the explorer feeling just kicked in.
