Very nicely preserved house. Did it require any complex infiltration?

arrive early in the morning because it is in the center of town.

I love that old furniture! That marble top table would look great in my entryway. The bed frame, clawed foot chairs, it's an antique dealers delight! Good find and welcome back.

Now, THATS a Sleigh bed. Lovely. You only see replications of those nowadays. That canopy top over the bed must of been really fabulous years ago. I hope you have more photos of this house. This is Awesome!

What a cool location. It's always really interesting to see pristine sites with such obvious age, especially considering how rare they are in the States.

Was this place ever used as a museum? Or has it just been abandoned for that long?

YES, it´s a sedan chair in the first photo. As far as I know, it has never been a museum. It's a great house in a small town and the owners of the house were very rich in the seventeenth century.

There is a story of love in this house than I can count. It could be a movie with the story.
