Noted. Didn't need specific locations and my mistake for asking. General ideas would be just as helpful as to general areas I could start trying to find places

General Ideas: drive around and pay attention to your surroundings, once you get into the mode of looking for abandonments, it just becomes second nature.

General Areas: Higher crime areas, boonies, just down the street, on your commute to work- abandonments are everywhere!

Seriously, for you to come on here and ask to be given locations for free/no work whatsoever on several threads is just rude and does not intro you to this group in a positive manner. When I started exploring I never asked for information to be handed to me, but I along with my sploring partner my seestor together we discovered and explored and added 21 unique locations to the UEDB.

I don't think you're going to get much help. You've been here for about 6 months and posted 15 messages. 2 of those were small with a few photos of an explore. 5 of them were you asking for locations. With 1/3 of your posts breaking a social norm (it's not a rule here but it should be!) I don't think you're going to get very far.

There are tons of threads both on the main forum and the rookie forum that can help you get started. Also get "Access All Areas" it's the Urbex bible and can help you find things as well.

In the meantime, my advice to you is stop ASKING us for locations and start SHOWING us some.

This is getting to be like a plague here.
I first saw abandoned sites when I was a kid and I was curious so I went in and explored them. No one ever told me where or 'how', wtf? There were no data bases, no Google, no internet, no cell phones... just sites and curiosity.

Explorers come here because they want to be with others who enjoy exploring too.
Meh... we like pictures with stories.
Hint: There's always something around RR tracks.

Alright guys. I get it. Thanks. I made a mistake and I get it. Haven't posted anything else about getting locations since that guy replied with that thread with the post, because I realized my mistake and didn't continue. So it would appreciated if, instead of beating up on me still, you let it go, let me learn from my mistake, and grow from it. Thanks. Good day.

Agreed. 'Nuf said in my opinion. There's plenty of other things to troll on than this. I personally appreciate the contrition (we can use a lot more of it around here) and am ready to move on.

So...how about that whole abortion thing huh?

You don't have to prove anything but realize the nature of this site.
If you read threads here which you seem to do, you'll learn. I hope.
Everyone here just about has posted a bad thread from time to time.
Try not to do this especially when you're first starting to post... it tends to be as awkward as a drop of blood in a tank full of piranhas.

Exploring then posting pics, and interacting with other members is the best coarse of action for unknown members.
This website is unique... good luck.
