No pondering the relationship between the community and the abandonment this time: this place is a heavily-vandalized shell of itself. Still, the scale of the institution and the little details that weren't destroyed made the whole exercise worthwhile.

Nice set. Despite it being destroyed, there is some spots that are cool. There's just a lot of ground to cover.

Surprised those projectors are still there!

On my list to see *at some point*.

Definitely a fun place. Pretty shocked to see all those tags in the pool, they weren't there even a month ago.

Can confirm.

Though to be fair, this was the only angle I could shoot the pool without a tag in it. But it appears that I got it just in time. This set paints the place in a much different light than randomesquephoto's thread. Still some great shots regardless.

I gotta get up to this place, I walked around a month ago, but was injured so I didn't bother going in. Will definitely plan a trip up there soon. Photos look great.

I don't think we really realized how massive the place was before going in. We spent six hours there, just going through the first two buildings. I don't suppose any of the areas deeper into the campus have less vandalism?

(Also, sorry for basically ripping off one of your shots with my #9!)

And krush, how long ago did you take your pictures? It's amazing how badly that organ has been treated by comparison.

That is one heck of a buckled floor in #17. Those projectors are way too cool. Here's perhaps a dumbass question, but what were they projecting into? I'm assuming a small theater of some kind, but that sounds like it would have made for a neat shot, and it doesn't look like anybody posted such a shot.

They projected down to the stage. Screens were there.

Almost pitch black. I took a few photos in there, but they didn't come out well at all, hence their absence from the set.

The building had power at one time. Thus the well lit scene.
