That's what my week have been. I did hear that my work will continue at June, so no there ain't too many reasons to keep myself out of enjoying this freedom. So here we go (with too much photos, I know).

First of all I did get to check finally this abandoned mine. I've been dreaming of this for many, many years... and now when I finally did get there, it did feel quite dull, not too many photos from there.

Beautiful Coldness:

Weight Over:

From there I did continue my trip to search one much older mine... that I weren't able to find at all from the forest. So finally I did find myself from this "seen before" rapids and mill combination.

Flow:

Waterways:

The Mill, Second Floor:

Anatomy of The End:

Flowing Through the Shadow Forest:

At next day weather were still damned beautiful and I started to think: maybe I could... and I did.

Morning Light Finds the Wall:

Verandah View:

Crashdown:

Raincoat Blues:

Rusting Animals:

Rocking Chair:

Naked Trees:

Old Style:

Even Older Style:

Birthday:

April (I was born later on that same year):

Sauna:

At next day weather were still damned beautiful and I started to think: maybe I shouldn't... but I did.

Dying Alone:

Things and Stuff:

Last Days:

And from that place to next one.

Birches and the Little Red One:

Colours Forgotten:

Nails:

Through the Glass:

And to next one. Actually my plan were just drive by this, but then that road to yard with trees growing on it... I couldn't resist. And since last time, someone have been breaking the door. After 6 years after my last visit I were able to return... it did make me so damned happy, I really love atmosphere in this place.

Let's Just Sit in the Silence:

Hidden in the Green:

That Summer:

Dark, Calm, Beautiful Oblivion:

Signs of Tears from Lonely Years:

30 Years:

Chaos:

Ghost Paintings:

Colours:

-----

And then to off-topic-bonus-madness. Fog in the Forest:

That's it, to the next time...

I really like the flowing water shots. Great exposure on them. A lot of time I see them too bright becomes the longer shutter time wasn't compensated for.

SO many special shots this time WHeart. Birches and the Little Red One is my favorite. I can't help but wonder who that lovely girl is in the photo. Always impressed by your choices and colors selections... & ALWAYS most glad you post your shots here for us to ponder over.

WOW!! Top notch shots once again! The flowing water shots are spot on perfect! Makes me feel like I'm right there in the forest. Rusting Animals & That Summer are my other favorites here. Great eye for the smaller details on those.

Thank you very much! And what comes to that "Flow", I'm 100% sure that view can offer much, much, much more when time is right. Sad that it is so damned far from here... but maybe someday I'm there at right moment.

Thank you very much, and congratulations about good taste: "Last Days" would probably be my own favorite too, maybe with "Hidden in the Green" (but this last one is probably much more for me than photo itself for others, that "surrounded by green" feel there, soft light etc).

Thanks. While there I was bit disappointed that I didn't change my plan like I at the start for short moment did think: should I get there first when sun would still be low. But, I probably have to return anyway when trees are getting leafs, that green would maybe give more... but we'll see... hopefully.

That girl is kind of mystery for me too, but it probably is just random image from magazine I suppose (but it still nice to think... could it be... you know, related to that house). And thank you again for your "much too kind" words.

Thank you very much, again! And what comes to details especially with that last location... I did start already yesterday wonder if I should return there at next week... You know, it is in the middle of nowhere, but I did have to leave my car to place where anyone could understand why it is there... and there were marks of tractor visit at the yard, yeah, over those young trees growing on path leading to yard. So I was bit too quick and I'm quite sure that I did miss lot of photos, especially details. So be warned: probably more coming from there sooner or later.
