Only twice.

The first and most jarring was two years ago at an old dormitory of an abandoned military school. It's rare I ever get genuinely creeped out in a building, but the vibe of the dorm we were in was very off. I thought it was nerves and nothing more, so I tried to ignore it. As my three friends are exploring the bottom floors, I took the staircase up to the top floor. As soon as I turned to face the hallway, I saw a man standing at the end of the hall staring directly at me, nodding to me, and then walking into a tiny closet. I froze and called for my friends. I asked one of them to hurry up and check the end of the hall for me.

No one was there, and even if there was, the closet they walked into would make an average sized person have to be hunched over just to stand properly.

The other time was less exciting, but all I know is that both instances there was absolutely no one else in those buildings except us.

The part that gets me is that you were like nope I'm not dying, let's sacrifice my friends

Lol, I acted way out of character during all of that. I know it sounds corny, but I swear I had a gut feeling there was indeed no one there. I sorta just stayed put in the same spot until my friend checked it out. Only one of them believed me but I don't know why I'd make that up and then be visibly disturbed the rest of the time.

It turns out that building is supposedly notoriously haunted according to its former students. After the explore I searched the place on YouTube to see if anyone else had explored it recently and I kid you not, half the comments were like, "I didn't believe in ghosts until I lived in that dorm."

Not paranormal exactly, but I walked into a place once to find a neat pile of mannequin parts in the middle of the floor, perfectly clean like they hadn't been there long. I noped out there, I don't really want to run into someone who dismembers mannequins for fun

Oh my, plenty. Even have some recorded! One interesting experience was my phone randomly shutting down and being an iPhone giving the dead battery symbol when attempting to restart the phone. This was weird as it had 39% when it died. Later whilst walking outside the abandoned hospital it died in, it came back to life with again 39% battery. Some better encounters include doors opening and closing on command, a frenzy of footsteps and banging sounds. Have two videos of doors opening and closing. During the one encounter I got an audio recording of some sorta dark demonic sounding laughter. Was walking down a hallway and heard a bang, asked my friend "Kyle that wasn't you right?" friend shakes his head, video recording you hear "No it wasn't me" in response to my question. Was tapped on the head, that was a different encounter. Felt the usual uneasiness. That's about it from what I remember, once I thought I saw a shadow of a person in my peripheral, but can't confirm that one. Let me know if you want links to the doors opening and closing vids. Oh, also got an apparition ill tag below.

This thread has gone all Lord Rick... if you're good, they'll never know it was the living that ghosted them into a frenzy.

Hellholes and collapsing floors spook me.

Unfortunately the UER expert on paranormal activity, Lord Rick, is on an extended sabbatical. He was last seen going into an Area 51 minefield in search of alien non-corporeal entities or possibly a blind date.

Some say he's still there to this day.

Never really had a spooky "Encounter" before, but I have been in places that felt either welcoming or outright HOSTILE. I later fell through a floor in one such hostile location.

So, you actually talked at doors and told them to open and close? Were you at least polite to the doors?

Number 1, most don't believe this one. But I don't gain much from faking it? I have only 10 subs, if I wanted to fake something it'd be bit more crazy than a door.

Usually not, mostly dirty talk. She liked having her hair pulled too. This type of demon is much more common than most people think.

See, videos and pictures of this kind of stuff doesn't really get to me and I can watch it no problem. But the second I witness this shit in person you bet your mother loving ass that I'm abandoning all hope and making a beeline straight for the nearest POE (that's point of EXIT). Last thing I need is another screws-loose psychiatric patient's spirit following me home.

Yeah I think I had something follow me once, felt like I was being watched as I tried to sleep. Prayed and it slowly went away

They've relentlessly haunted all my cameras...
Doesn't Seph Lawless have in depth conversations with them?

Wait till you start getting touched or grabbed. I don't know if it's just my mind playing tricks on me or if it's "just the wind" but it's happened at least 3 times now ever since I got back from the local loony bin last week. Once inside, and twice while I was sleeping (once was the same thing you described). Just don't let it get to your head and it shouldn't really bother you, then again everyone's different. You'll get used to it, and then it starts to make exploring extra fun!!

I got tapped on the head in my last walkthrough, saw a door open and close too.
