Not sure what type of building this used to be but It's been burned out for a while. I'm sure a lot of you know where this is. If you don't just PM me. Its really easy to get in but I haven't seen it on here. Not super cool but worth the trip if you're in the area. If anyone knows the history around these buildings please share.

Also there's this abandoned factory near DTLA. Found a newspaper from 1952 in there, pretty cool. You can only go on weekends when its dead around the area, don't try to go on a weekday.

That has been on my list. last time I went there was a cop parked at the top in the dead-end turn-around.

I researched it and it looks like it was an office building. It was going to be re-developed but the economy crashed and it was empty for a long time. Squatters somehow set fire to it.

It's still for sale.

Wow this place looks awesome. Reminds me of a building in downtown I go to occasionally where the roof was burnt out on some parts. The first photo is a shot of the first story roof, second photo is from the inside of the first story. Last photo is a shot from the inside.

That's what my friend said too, Sometimes the cops park up there. I really want to check out the site next to it but it looks a lot harder to get into. My friend suggested we climb down one of the pipes holding the wall up . I had to pass on that one.

Yea, there is nothing in that spot worth going commando for. It would be one thing if it was still untouched, but that place is as close to a tear down as I've seen.
