Anyone in the area? Richmond and surrounding? I'm here for awhile for work and would me to check some things out. I've been to the observation deck and driven around quite a bit. Seems like there is potential here. Anyone local?

I used to be in NoVA, but am now in Central VA, not far from Charlottesville. I see quite a few abandoned houses near here but as has been pointed out, ticks. Too soon to go as well as foliage is abundant when you must go through it.
