Took a friend draining with me tonight for the 5th anniversary of my first drain. (Not a football fan) Needless to say, she has now come to the dark side. She goes by Nikon and you guys will be seeing from her soon.

It was actually a Great Blue Heron. I used to never see (large) animals underground. So far in the last few weeks however, things have been getting interesting. We even had a large buck walk right up on us as well. That one freaked me out a bit.

Wow that's crazy, that wouldn't be a fun situation if he had been acting aggressive. I've only heard of fish or alligators being in drains, never birds or deer lol
