You're on the right track. Here's your first one, just needed slight adjustments to the image tags. To see what I mean, hit reply with quote.

Alternately, you can grab the BB Code from Flickr and paste it into your post.

On the image page on Flickr, click on the arrow over on the right. When the window opens, choose BB Code and then pick a size. In this case, this is 800 x 452. Then just paste the code into your post. Here's your third image.
