Hi video makers

Seeing as I have seen a bunch of URL's pasted into posts recently, here's a quick note about how to embed your YouTube or Vimeo videos into your UER post. It's cleaner, makes your post more eye-catching, and gives people the chance to see a screenshot to decide if it's of interest to them or not, and for them to stay within UER while they are viewing.

The standard YouTube URL is:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X
where X is a string of random letters and numbers.

To embed a YouTube video here use this code, replacing X with everything after the = in your YouTube URL:

youtube=X
Enclose this code in square brackets [ ]


The standard Vimeo URL is:
https://vimeo.com/Y
where Y is a string of numbers.

To embed a Vimeo video here use this code, replacing Y with everything after the final forward slash:

vimeo=Y
