Some guy started building the development but committed fraud so the bank backed out of the project. He ended up going to prison and now it just sits there. I think there are like 125 homes there or something.

Holy crap. Do they at least get squatters? Aside from being a cool location, its sad to see all of that housing go to waste.

Na. It's actually not even that vandalized. Probably since it's not well known and kind of in the middle of Texas lol

Thanks, everyone! And, yeah...Rinzler is right (though I never like admitting he's right)...there were only a few places of graffiti. If you click the image name under it, it'll open it in Flickr and you can view the whole album. There's not much to it, though.

I shoot a lot of color and texture... hahaha. I think that's my 'thing'. It seems to be a running theme throughout my photos. :/

Awesome Photos T. Love the colors too and my absolute fave is that old rusted boat. Throw in something nautical and you have me every time lol, You had a GREAT exploring year. Sorry if other things were not so great. Hope it all comes together soon
