At monday morning I did hear from news that Lemmy Kilmister were gone. That really hit me, because Motörhead have been one of my most favorite bands for two decades. I also think that they did release their best albums at this decade... and of course there were Lemmy itself; man that did live his own life like he wanted to and do what he did love to. There ain't too many people in this world living like he did... so I think world is bit more grey place now.

So in that mood I did think that cold darkness could be good for me; I did get to brick factory early in the morning when it still was totally dark, black as night. And I were hooked immediately, so I did return at this morning, this year's last one.

The colors are amazing here. The first few really strike a mood with me and I love them. Your photos have a great depth to them. Rather than just an image or place they convey a mood or atmosphere and it's killer.

I like your work with the light in the second part too. It gives a totally different feels and I especially like "Christine's Lost Little Sister."

Thank you very much. I can tell that I did have chills up my spine too - with almost every of these, I'm freezing so god damned easily (nothing to do with my nervous and those big, totally dark locations alone).

And at least taking those did give my mind something to concentrate between grief and sadness. Photographing is good medicine for things that are part of life, like dying.

Thanks. I'm really happy to hear that, because I always try to find place where colourful light could work (it obviously doesn't work in every scenery). I also try to find best combination of light and colours... for example that Shape of madman... I did create 10+ different photos of that theme, all 4+ minute exposures. Now you know where that "Madman" comes...

Thanks! And what comes to that last one... I did try to catch it on my monday trip, but camera did run out of power. And this morning... it was running out of power too, but I did get 4 photos still with different light and colour combinations.
