Like others have said, limit it so that you can post up a few favorites, maybe two-handfuls instead of say five, but only do your best, post others that are also good, not a waste, on an album.

But that's just restating other's facts. With me however, I like to think of things in another way. When you post make sure to not do this.

"Oh, well i can't tell you the location, but it's somewhere near <very big publicly known area here> but it's generally pretty well hidden."

which is fine on it's own, the problem happens when one of your photos also contains a LANDMARK or some other large and easily identifiable structure. That generally gives the location away, because all you have to do is go to the well-known area on the map, look for the landmark/structure, and then go in a circle around the landmark to find the location. I even did it once myself to find a place, which in the end wasn't worth it.

So, you can post as many as you like so long as you are careful. Same goes for documents, if a photo contains a document, it could also contain an address. Blur, or move far enough back when taking a photo containing text in order to conceal thi information while keeping the shot un-marked by a blur tool.

Every building and site has a story, and they are often of mistakes. Learn from them before they are gone forever.
