This year I haven't been able to get out anywhere near as much as I have in the past. With the year dwindling away, the weather getting colder, I had been hoping to get out a couple more times before winter really takes over.

Archer and I headed out yesterday, to try our luck with a new spot. One we were told was guarded by 3 peace officers, who can arrest on site. One apparently drives the property, one patrols inside the building and the third mans the security shack and monitors the cameras.

After a quick scout, we headed off to grab lunch and beers before making our return to make our attempt using the dark as cover.

After what felt like an infinite number of stairs and highly angled chute walks, we made it to our main goal.

And here are the results!

Those bikes look so cute! Great job and great shots. How'd the security stack up to the rumors?

Thanks Catdog. I don't know if we got lucky or missed the patrols on entry and exit but we never saw them. That being said, I do know they are there and do patrol so skill and luck are good to have on your side.

I see you had the same problem as I did with the distribution conveyor area... those sodium lights cast way too much orange and there wasn't any really way to compensate for it short of going to black & white.

Thanks Mis! Had a feeling you would like that one ;)

Archer, ya I could get it close, but thought the black and white looked better!

I tried playing with selectively desaturating the orange out and tweaking the white balance, but I never could get it looking right either.
