Close to an old crumbling castle, which surprisingly enough is still inhabited by an old lady, stands this fairytale-esque orangerie.

A Dream come true to find a place like this! That first photo is jaw dropping gorgeous! How beautiful this once was, and still is, in a different sort of way in its current state of decline. Did you meet the old lady? How wonderful it would be to shoot the castle

Thanks all! Yeah, I totally see myself waking up in my castle and drinking a cup of tea here every morning! I didn't meet the old lady but I heard that she doesn't really like strangers. Also, the castle itself is completely stripped from all the past renovation attempts

This is just... gorgeous. I don't even have words. I doubt I'd ever be able to see such a place here. The overgrowth of nature coming back into it makes me so happy too... (I also dig lichen and moldy stuff like that along with all the decay)... The glass and hanging vines... I could LIVE HERE.
Thank you so much for sharing such beauty.

Can you imagine lifting the 10-foot+ sections of curved glass into place...?

Incredible structure, great images.
