Oh boy, another explorer from Minneapolis. Yeah, sorry folks.

Been a lurker on here for a little while. Explored a few of the well known local spots over the summer. Haven't had as much time as I'd like since summer ended.

Not much into draining, prefer climbs. Hit up one crane over the summer, hopefully I can get another one or two before winter strikes us.

I owe some serious thanks to a few of the threads on here, especially those detailing the risks/precautions of climbing cell towers. I very recently climbed one outside of Minneapolis, thus the pic.

Tower is around 50M, I stayed below the antennas, which left me at about 37-40 meters.
I didn't feel the need to bring a camera. My GS6 phone is normally superb, but apparently it betrayed me.

1.

You're missing out if you don't explore the many and varied drains of the Twin Cities. Tower climbing can be done anywhere, but these drains are special to the Twin Cities. We have one of the greatest collections of worthwhile drains in the entire country.

With a recommendation like that, I might just have to check some of them out. Thanks man.
