My original plan was to head down to a small town in West Texas and on my lunch hour shoot an old school. The school itself was a bit of a bummer. The entire place was covered in pigeon shit up to 3 feet deep! The stench was awful and since I didnt have a respirator, I had to take a deep breath, run in, line up the shot and then run out to breathe. The school itself is either gone or partially torn down. I did manage to get into the basement thats mostly used for storage now.

It wasnt a total waste however as you will see below.

Finally, I saw this place in the middle of nowhere on my way back to make my afternoon sales calls. It was really strange. There is nothing for 10 miles in any direction, its quite far off the main road, and had no parking lot. Looks like its been abandoned for a while.
