This was the last location visited on my big roadtrip weekender at the start of my trip to America last month, and it was definitely one of the better ones! It's not often I get to see a school with so much left inside, especially considering where it is but I can't see it remaining that way too long.

It looked like after closure it had been used as storage for the items out of at least two other closed down schools, with mountains of stuff piled in first floor classrooms as well as the auditorium and gym hall. Due to the fact by this time in the weekend I was exhausted and jetlagged I took maybe half as many photos as I should have done but here is some of what I came away with.

I think the school must have catered for or had a special teaching area for kids with disabilities or special needs, the wheelchairs along with the hydrotherapy pool which had a big winch on a track above it not visible in the photo kind of seemed to support that.
