The first All Black, All Girl, school in the state of Texas.  Thought id share some pics i took this past summer.... because it won't last much longer. Looks like a strong breeze will bring that place down. Very nice pics(I say the bigger the better😉).

I don't think it would take to much to bring the rest of whats left of the main building down either! lol.

Wow! How long has this place sat abandoned? It looks like a damn bomb went off inside. Great shots of what's left! It appears to be in a quite rural setting, which is right up my alley. Woods and abandoned buildings always make a great pairing for me.

It been abandoned since 1972. Thank you kindly for your nice comments Swan. You are right...This school, Actually an all girl College is in a very rural setting. I always found it to look quite interesting... Fun for me as well, to take a drive out in the country and find a cool abandonment.

Finding a place abandoned that long still standing around me is next to impossible. The heavy snowfall and freeze/thaw cycles really take their toll on the structures. The only place I can think of is the grain silos. Many abandoned since the 50s. Then again when the entire structure is made of 10 foot thick cement they tend to stay standing for awhile.
