Great read and awesome photos. I've known about the ongoing Fukushima meltdown for some time. The reactors are still leaking literally tons of radioactive wastewater into the ocean every day! And there's no fix in sight.

The Japanese government has been covering it up since day 1. They are not accepting any help to fix this issue.

Yes I believe the Japanese are only trying to save face, they do not care one bit about the irreversible impact on this planet they are helping to perpetuate. All they care about is their own idiotic nationalist pride and making sure their citizens are still as compliant and ignorant as possible.

Fantastic post though! I'm really surprised you were able to get in, do they expect something in return?

"See you guys, you never listen to me. I said there was gonna be trouble but you didn't listen to me. You guys are crazy. You know, you guys are self destructive. There's a funny farm and it has your names written all over it. But I'm gettin' out of here. I'm... I smell ice cream!"

Absolutely incredible.

Obviously I was not alone in thinking that the effects were of lesser destruction.
Moreover, it's clear that they really are trying their best to hide the effects their mistakes have brought to our planet and especially to their people.

Do I think anyone has learned from this? No. Unfortunately I think this will continue to happen.

Thank you very much for sharing this here.

Saw that red bike eaten by the shrubbery and knew I was in for something real. The school's music department is depressing, and the supermarket with all those cobwebs is creepy as hell and really shows the worst of the aftermath there.

Amazing photos, man.
