Probably not a great idea for a thread seeming as though the video section on UER doesn't get that much traffic & there aren't that many long-term explorers shooting video, but logic has never got in my way before so...

What was your first clip you ever put together?

I learnt how to use everyone's favourite Microsoft Movie Maker as soon as I got home from shooting the footage used in this clip.

Even though I'm more about quantity rather than quality (or an attempt at getting a laugh) I'm quite sad to say that I've gotten worse

I'm not sure if this was my first or not but it's probably the shortest? I enjoy doing urbex videos when I have time. My biggest problem is I can't pick out music to fit the video. However I do a lot more train videos than I ever will urbex videos so that may be why...

I'd been shooting random crap for years prior to this, I think the first clip I could find is from an Asylum in 2003, but I never did anything with the footage.

The first thing I edited was this with dear old siologen :

I will see what I can dig up. Thing is I've been filming years before so I kind of had a bit of a jump on techniques.

I think these were my first two videos (from 8 years ago)

I haven't gotten much better since then.

My very first video. I had the idea in my head already planned out before I even got my hands on a camera, so I don't think it ended up too bad. I tried out every technique to see what looked best in this video. Glad I did it though. now this place is nothing but a Costco parking lot...

This other one was from this past February. Aside from my equipment I don't think I've improved too much. Maybe eventually.
