Nothing new; someone was doing the same thing in Gary for awhile. I watched them all get busted from a place down the street, once.

Looks like it's given by a local photography group. I'm kinda surprised viator is allowing them to advertise it with them though. My two biggest questions would be whether they've actually got permission to explore and if they're insured incase someone gets hurt.

Yea, they have been doing them in Detroit, and Gary like JonRev said for a few years now. The sad part is they dont have permission, so there just taking advantage of newbs who could be doing the exact same thing, free of charge on there own..

What's going on with references to these guided UE tours in the past couple months complete with URLs and all that... and wait for it that requires payment?

"Transport by air-conditioned coach" so you don't have to breathe the same air as the poors.

I had a pretty good April Fools' Day joke about this a couple years ago that people believed, which managed to play a part in shutting down a local tour operator.
