Very nice set of photos! You captured so many nice textures and colors. Seeing this makes me wonder how bad that river gets polluted by nasty stuff leaking from the factory.

This whole area is polluted. Factories, Refineries, are quite abundant in this part of Tx. Fish still swim the mucky waters, but people are warned not to eat them. If you want clean rivers you have to travel up to the hill country. (Central Tx.) I appreciate you commenting on the colors and textures sirsexy

16 - small OD grinder

21 - looks to be a vertical turret lathe

22/23 - engine lathe

26 - various form milling cutters

27 - radial arm drill press

28 - looks to be a punch press

30 - radial arm drill press

But, hey, I'm no machinist...maybe it punches too. Don't worry about the 20 yr business. Machinist make pretty good money. Especially if you specialize in what you do.
