On a Busy Interstate in Texas is an Abandoned Asphalt Co. I don't know whose *Ass is at fault, but they could be putting this place to good use since this part of the freeway has been constantly worked on and holding up traffic for over the past 2 years ....Then on the other side is an abandoned machine shop that has been sitting there for over 8 yrs. Try to enjoy, its all i got...need to move to Philly or Canada. Things are getting sparse around here!

This thread kicks some major ass, Miss Understood!
I used to work on most of that machine shop equipment you have pictured. The river photo is quite outstanding as well. I love the processing here. The colors and sharpness are just perfect!

I know the feeling. I'm having to travel farther and farther every time I want to explore, lest I be repeating myself. I don't mind repeating, but I would rather new locations. However, every time you post something like this is gives me hope for new spots! I've never seen or heard of these places before, and you captured them so beautifully! Thanks so much for sharing. I'll have to find my way out there sometime. I love the shot of the river too, what a nice bonus.

Every time you read this, I become more powerful.

Any industrial location is A1! And always worth exploring and posting. #27 is the winner for me, based on clarity and color. (Not to sound like a diamond jewelry salesperson!) Also chipping in to the unanimous love of the bonus river shot too... how very 'Wolfheartish' of you!
