Saying hi from St Paul

Honestly speaking I wasn't even aware how much of this culture existed here in the metro until I moved to St Paul about a year and a half ago. First I lived on the east side, now I live in little bohemia. I grew up in the west suburbs (don't miss it!) and the most exploring I did would be parks & lakes. I was an early morning regular at bare ass beach. I had heard about the caves and tunnel in St. Paul but being very suburbanite didn't believe people were serious about how much there is or thought very much of it. After seeing photos/videos on the internet they've got my attention. Flicker really peaked my interest!

I am most fascinated by historical buildings, structures/ruins, caves & the underground. Buildings and drains have never really attracted me as much + I'm feeling kind of sketchy about the risk factors, but under the right conditions anything is possible. I've scouted some areas but I haven't had any real action yet. UE places can be sometimes so obvious... Graffiti is always a good sign. I commute by bicycle just going to and from work have seen; fences that have been cut & peeled or gates lifted up/pushed over, concrete rubble piles, no trespassing signs near train tracks/bridges, wide open manholes(just last week I saw a shopping cart pushed up next to said manholes). I've got at least 5 spots I've noticed.

I haven't explored very much, my main problems with exploring are that I work a lot and anyone I can get to come with me starts complaining after walking a mile or two. And I know it's probably never safe to go alone, I had my big sister & her BF but they moved to MO this year. I'm joining the online community because UE people are very few and far between. I need to take what I get from this resource. I hardly ever come across people that are much into UE..... And in some ways is a good thing .

Why do people say "grow some balls"? Balls are weak and sensitive! If you really want to get tough, grow a vagina! Those things take a pounding!

I can sympathize with you when it comes to having friends who give up after a few miles!
