Solstice Day is the longest day of the year, June 21st. It's the best time to be out exploring because you can manage 10-12 hour explorations in a day.

Here's a few places from the past month and a few old winter photos that have been sitting on the hard drive.

Thanks for looking.

I really like the one with the boot falling out of the locker, as well as the one with the computer.

Appreciate the comments, thank you

The boot sort of looks like a Bigfoot toe. I wasn't able to squeeze the entire set of lockers into frame.

great stuff!

When I say I'm 'clean and sober', it means I've showered and I'm headed to the liquor store.

I use a Canon Rebel and stock lens, so it shouldn't be too difficult to achieve similar results. I like to post-process with a little HDR. Now perhaps your comment was a reflection of the actual use of HDR and I should be taking offence instead hahaha....

But thanks none the less.

I LOVE that winter scene through the window of that old house. The colors on the walls of blue and green along with that rumble underneath make a gorgeous shot....That boot looks like some guy wore it so long that his toes made an impression it it
