LA-88 is nice. Been there a couple times. If we are going there would you guys wanna meet some where closer to the location then DTLA?

Hopefully we have a small enough group to do something cool in town. I've been to LA-88, and it sounds like some of you have too. I'd personally rather go somewhere else.

DTLA would be fun in general and there are loads of buildings to get into - some easier than others. Otherwise there are the train/tram lines, tunnels (council buildings, trams, spring st) or we could all try and infiltrate the Boyle Heights Sears, lol

I've been trying to arrange something with a guy I know in DTLA. He has property access to a 100+ year-old boiler room in the basement of an old building, but the owner is reluctant because of the asbestos hazard. Been trying to set something up, and I don't think it will be finalized in time for this weekend.

I can take a look at what else I've got for the downtown area. I know there's a prison on the outskirts of DTLA, but I don't know how well it is presently monitored.

Not yet. If we are doing DTLA, we should probably meet somewhere close to that.

As for the jail, there was a theater troupe on there for Mexican Americans, but I think they have been moved off the location because the building owners were wanting to renovate or something. Last time I went it was dead easy to infiltrate but did involve about 6/7 stories with of stairs to reach he roof and then a bunch snide to get to the various levels.

I like the sound of all these ideas. Also the Heights jail is pretty difficult with the welds they have up. Not sure if someone knows a way around them. Last time I was there it was pretty open/not monitored.

An alarm was heard from there recently. Also, cameras believed to be functioning were seen.

I think it's best to discuss the details of where we go in person.

I'll be able to go for breakfast but I have a meeting work related at 11. Unless that cancels last minute, I'll just be able to enjoy food and then see you on your way. I'll be bringing my sister.

Sounds good. My sister will have bright red hair and I'll be wearing a red and white striped dress (for work, but am bringing hiking clothes just in case). So keep a look out for us, we're super hard to miss.

I would if it weren't an important meeting, and one that can't be rescheduled. If it finishes early we can always re-meet you guys to explore or whatever. I'll see you all tomorrow, same as douggie if anyone needs my number just PM me. But I'll be checking UER regularly.
