Hi all!

Not 100 percent sure if this is the place to post this, but here we go. I've recently been checking out guys like ontheroofs and James Kingston on YouTube and they have inspired me to try climbing a crane. Most, excuse me, all of my friends in the area don't want to attempt this with me but I'm more than a little anxious to try this alone. Which brings me to my proposition.

I live near the Ann Arbor area and I drive by the city fairly often. I know there are several major developments under construction downtown and I would like to attempt to climb one. What I'm wondering is if there's anyone in the area who would want to also accompany me on a climb. I'd really like to collaborate with local explorers this summer and I figured this is a good way to start!

There's the crazy one, the photographer, and me, the driver, a mix of both. And we're a pretty kickass team if I do say so myself.

You'll find some good tips for cranes on these threads:

http://www.uer.ca/...d=1&threadid=88968 (fear of heights, cranes)

You may have a slightly hard time getting people to explore with you from this site until you get your post count up a bit so we can get to know and trust you. But I may be wrong! Best of luck!

Yes I read through those threads earlier today as a matter of fact; they were pretty helpful.

Thought of that too, haha. Guess only time will tell!
