Did they make a mess or something? And what do you mean by risky (besides the obvious), so, anything in particular if you don't mind sharing?

This is pretty much the current state. City botched permits, they're waiting on them to continue. It's even more dangerous in this state. I wouldn't recommend trying to get in.
