It took me a second to realize what that was. The black spot made me think of a house being taken up in a tornado.

Nice one.

Thank You! Would you possibly know why the picture blurred on all four edges? Never seen my lens do that before.

I've had this happen with pics occasionally too; kind of a 'soap opera dream sequence' effect. Only really happened on a few sepia shots, while exploring an abandoned theme park in Arkansas years back...VERY hot, soupy day, I'm sweating bullets (trying not to sweat on my camera), and noticed condensation, or sweat around the edges of the lens. I wiped it the best I could, but the unintentional effect was kinda cool...
Don't know if this is what caused the blurring on your shot, but it seemed similar to my story. (Next time I'm posting pics I might add them here).
Great shot by the way, you do great work, I love this thread! 😊

Thank You both for answering!

Cfourexplore- i appreciate you taking the time to tell me about the effect you had. It IS unintentional but sort of cool too lol. i would guess its the same effect from a day that went from cool out to Hot in a matter of hours. Here in Texas you never know what you are going to get this time of year. lol. Thank You for your kind words on this thread and my work. I truly love all forms of B&W

I recognize this one and I love it in black and white!

EDIT: I agree with the other poster that said it could be the humidity. I've had my lens fog up completely to where I was unable to use it outside once, but it was very sultry and near the ocean. Several times I've had it get hazy, but not restricted only to the corners. Hopefully that is all it is and not an issue with your lens! You could always test it in a couple different environments (ie, indoors vs outdoors) and see what happens.
