I met up with Ganesha yesterday on the travels around Europe he is currently engaged in and, whilst we didn't manage to do any successful explores he did say I should definitely post up more of my photos (and lord knows I've got enough of a back-catalogue to hand!), so here is another gem from earlier this year.

This manor house was once a girls school, and over time the buildings were extended and other newer structures built including a swimming pool, sports hall and school science labs, it closed in the early 2000s and has been vacant since. Work to restore the building did start at one point but barely got off the ground until it stopped. It has on-site security and a very barky dog that likes to roam about the place by itself but luckily on this day the security and the dog were nowhere to be seen.

A beautiful location, one of my favourites from this year.
