First set in a while - been out of town / not been out lately. This is my first set where I used a tripod, so feel free to let me know what you think. This house is about 10 minutes from where I live, so I wasn't expecting much. Quite a pleasant surprise, though. The house is from the late 1800's, the barn/shed is much newer, although still in a state of absolute disrepair. I believe that this place is still semi-active, as no one in their right mind would leave heavy machinery like the "Gleaner" behind, and there were fairly new piles of firewood stockpiled in the shed. Regardless, it was a really nice location, and a good introduction to Spring!

Nice pictures, yeah, I would think that is active too, the main room with the heavy machinery looks to be relatively well-kept.

The barn is active & is used on a daily basis during the warmer season.

Nice set. I'm guessing from the lack of pictures there wasn't too much of interest in the house? It looked fairly cleared out.

Where does this door go, Haven't been through,
It's not feeling normal, What do I do?

Nice pics from a fairly plain location. The tripod has helped, but some of your shots seem to tilt a little to the right..(10 thru 13)..intentional? I like the distant shot at the end too.

Yeah the tripod is really cheap and the top mount leans the the right. There's supposed to be a little knob that lets you adjust it but it doesn't do anything anymore(?)

Yeah, you can always use the crop tool in Photoshop, or pretty much any other program to correct for the slight tilt. That's what I do, especially when I don't use a tripod.

Honestly I just got kind of lazy because I was well aware that I needed to straighten them but it was late and I wanted them finished. I'll have to go through them again and fix 'em.

Nice, I really like the way the lighting was done and the shadows were dark. Looks like that tractor tho still in good shape and prob runs still. little odd.

Yeah it's apparently active on a daily basis during the warm months - but the house was abandoned and most of the shed was in complete disrepair. I think they just park that beast there and use it for logging during the summer because there were huge piles of bagged firewood all around it. Thanks for the compliment!
