Hi guys! This is my first post, so hi, I am me. I live in Vancouver, but I'm heading out on an epic road trip (with fellow new member Colours) in a few months, so it would be awesome to meet up with anyone in town or otherwise. Let me know if you want company to check anything out.

But anyways, there's this abandoned mansion in Horseshoe Bay that I've been visiting for several years now. I grew up in the area but have recently moved away, so I haven't been back in a little while. I saw it from the ferry last week and noticed what appears to be caution tape. Is anyone else familiar with this location? Anyone know what going on with it?

These are some pictures that I've taken in the past.

Oh crazy, I thought for sure you guys were hiding this one behind the full member curtain. It's clearly a well-loved place by many. Killer party spot.

Let me know what you find! PM me for access tips if you want

A friendly reminder, I would exercise caution in certain parts of this location. I see in picture 8 the roof(?) seems to be missing some supports and leaning. I wouldn't linger too long under there if you do go under it. Also if there is caution tape that's new, someone might be coming around in the near future for whatever reason. Happy exploring! This looks like a fun place to check out, thanks for sharing.
