The description says 'a place to remember UER members no longer with us' (or there abouts).
Are we able to make it that people not on UER or ex-members on the Banlist can be added?

You could have a situation where a UER member who has only made a few posts gets remembered but but a well known explorer that doesn't use UER doesn't get added to the memorial forum.

Maybe just have "UE scene"?

Not meaning to be a pain, just mentioning stuff now before it all gets going.

In the end it's your call.

I know this is a hobby open to all ages and walks of life, and illness/accidents take their toll, but I'd hope the number isn't that high yet...

I wouldn't be surprised if there were 24 in the last 12 years though.
