I've been into photography for years, but as of late most of my business has been weddings and the like. I only went on my first UE trip this week and here are some of the shots I got... Pointers are most welcome.

Awesome shots. I especially like the heavy contrast and color. Some of the vignetting is too intense for me (or at least should be pushed back or faded on one side of the frame) but it's all good.

Interesting. I've never been a huge fan of high-contrast stuff, but these were really good.

Much thanks guys!

Also, I see what you mean on some of the vignetting. I'm gonna go in and fix some of that.

Great shots and sharpness on the details, looks like a great spot. I'd thumb the contrast down a little, especially on the highlights and whites. High contrast is usually great on simple subjects but on photos with debris, foliage and the like, it can be a little jarring.

Looks like a chapel—got any architecture shots?

The fact that you have experience in photography definitely shows- these are way better than my first shots, and almost all of my current ones for that matter. Great work, and I love the contrast.

Some of them are an abandoned church. It also was once a synagogue. I have a few pictures of other areas of the church, let me find them...

Some of the other pictures are of a separate location that we went to the day before - an abandoned factory.

wow I really like these. Being into photography myself, I would've taken similar photos. I really like how you took single photos of interesting things and stuff you found important (like the book). That place looks super neat and I think you could really further your career by taking more pictures while exploring!

I usually miss sets like this since the embeded popup frustrates me.
I'm glad I resaw your work. I really liked them. Lots of darkness in a great way.
Good job.
