10, 15, and 25 are my favorites. I love how you frame a lot of your pictures through windows and doorways. Keep up the great work.

Wow, were you just not taking pictures of your UE explores or is this your first go at photography? Either way, great job. I love the composition.

i've always trespassed. but a decade ago i started hanging with some 'urbexers' who always carried cameras. i didn't have a good one, so i just wandered while they set up shots. it's only been since i realized i didn't have any shots of greystone or other places that i'd better catch up. these are all iphone. i have 2 nikons but still prefer the quick shot as i move fast. some places, like the dark theaters, i'd like to go back and set up some long exposures.

thanks for everyones kudos.

Cool, the iPhone pictures dont turn out too bad. I'm newer to exploring and would lime to get into photography but dSLRs are just expensive lol.

i've an old nikon D60 and a D300s. to be honest i like the 60 better (less options, easier. check craigslist or ebay for some used camera that'll get you started. anyone who gets a 'new' camera for exploring should know it's probably gonna take some damage.

I LOVE #25. Small world!

Here's the full story (in two parts) on how those tombstones ended up there, if you're interested in some local history.

Great photos, BTW. They ROCK!

Awesome cityscapes framed in #8 and #15. I'm really drawn to those types of shots. I'm interested what the object is in #19. My favorite of the set was the headstone with the bridge in the background, so thanks for the adds Ed! That was a very interesting history!

dam Ed. that explains why I couldn't budge the sucker. I'd read that a while ago & always looked from the plant side of the creek - during summer - and didn't spot anything. It wasn't until I came across that article again that I realized , duh , check again. So that plus an impromptu naked snow filled photoshoot with the lady and I was off!!
